We're Recruiting!... Recruitment Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We're still growing!!....

Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Due to continued growth and promotion within the company we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team and support the Commercial Division. Based at either our Worcester or Kidderminster office, you will provide a full range of support to the Commercial Division, including aspects such as Candidate sourcing, Desk Cover, Registration Interviews, and Client contact. The jobholder would receive a good grounding in Recruitment which would give them the opportunity to progress to a Consultant role as the Commercial Division continues to expand. There is also the potential to further specialise should a candidate demonstrate a particular flair within a niche market.

The successful applicant will have a solid academic background along with strong, demonstrable experience within a Customer Service or Telesales based role. You will have very strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with natural ability to develop rapport and build relationships. As a Recruitment Consultant you would be expected to have a strong focus on Business Development and so a keen interest in and aptitude for Sales is an absolute must. A genuine interest in Recruitment and Business Development would also be a valuable asset and you will be an intuitive individual with a natural commercial acumen, driven approach to work and tenacious attitude towards hitting targets. Due to the nature of the role applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company within a growing part of the business. You will join a friendly team working in a driven, professional environment with excellent prospects for future development. With offices based in Worcester and Kidderminster, commutable from Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Bewdley, Redditch, Malvern, Evesham, Pershore, Stourport and Stourbridge. Salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits and potential commission.

Hewett Recruitment prides itself on the personal development and training it offers all of its employees as well as the relaxed atmosphere in which the Consultants operate.
