Louise's column - Building Talent for Growth

The biggest showcase for Worcestershire businesses takes place on Thursday 3rd March 2016 at the three Counties Showground in Malvern.  With well over 100 exhibitors from many different business sectors it’s a great opportunity for organisations to raise their profile within the business community and network in the dedicated Networking Zone. Every year attendees meet new potential suppliers and generate sales directly as a result of exhibiting or visiting this event.

This year there is another opportunity to hear Hewett Recruitment delivering their seminar on ‘Building Talent for Growth’ recently presented to much acclaim at the annual LEP Conference.

Laura Hewett and Ben Mannion from Hewett Recruitment are joined by Su Harding, Director of Human Resources at Southco in Worcester and will discuss the current trends and challenges facing businesses as the “war for talent” heats up.

Su will share her journey and practical strategies she has implemented using the RECs Good Recruitment Campaign and recent research including ‘The Candidate Strikes Back'.

To understand some of the secrets of attracting and retaining the talent we need to grow our businesses in today's changing environment, don't miss this revealing and informative seminar. The seminar runs from 9.30-10.30am - to book your free place email Jo Watkins at Hewett Recruitment via email:
