Kevin Green headlines HR Professionals Conference

HR Speakers. L-R: Kevin Green, Sally Morris and Alison Garvey

The HR Professionals Conference in assosiation with Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce returns on the 17th November and brings a great line up of speakers including Kevin Green, Chief Executive of the REC, to inspire and share their expertise to all our fellow business professionals. The sumptuous surroundings of the Bank House Hotel Spa and Golf will be this years chosen venue.

We are delighted Kevin will be speaking once again, Chief Executive of the REC, the professional body for the UK recruitment industry as key note speaker.  Kevin is a well-known authority on the UK labour market, regularly commentating on radio and TV.  Kevin will explore what creates value in 21st Century Britain, taking a look at why talent matters and what does great HR look like over the next decade. Addressing two fundamentals of World class HR – creating value today and tomorrow as well as the rise of the robots and digital platforms.

The Conference will also see Sally Morris, Partner and Head of Employment of mfg Solicitors joining the line up once again and will provide employers with all the latest ‘hot off the press’ news including Brexit, Modern Slavery and Gender Pay Gap Reporting as well as an update on legislation and case law that is impacting HR and business in the current climate, with top tips and Best Practice Advice.

Last but not least HR Business Partner, Alison Garvey will also be taking centre stage from PCA Predict. Alison will share her experience of how adopting a business model of 'employee ownership’ can create a more co-operative model of working and can consistently deliver strong performance and higher levels of employment engagement.
