HR Policies
Speaker: Sally Morris, Commercial Development Partner at MFG Solicitors LLP
Sally will talk around HR policies, and what essential policies should be in place. Companies need to have Policies in place to ensure that employees work within and abide by company rules and procedures. If employees breach those policies then it can affect employer branding, and reputation. Sally will explore this subject in more detail at the forum.

The Importance of Employer Branding
Speakers: Louise Hewett, Hewett Recruitment and Colin Foxall, Nexus Creative Limited.
Louise and Colin will look at the history, background and relevance to any organisation of Employer Branding.  Employer Brand is your best bet for keeping and finding the brainpower your organisation needs to prosper in a rapidly changing economy.  Talented people rely on names they know and trust to make their employment decisions. It's all part of the population revolution sweeping the developed world.  And whether you're laying off or ramping up, your Employer Brand can make or break your organisation.
