Hewett’s ‘values’ recognised at staff awards

The West Midland Safari Park was the setting for Hewett’s Annual Staff Family Fun Day and staff awards in July.Spring Grove House was alive with children playing in the grounds, meeting animal characters, followed by a furry live animal encounter and BBQ.

The company’s annual awards presentation took place later in the afternoon. This year’s award categories were based on the company’s core values: Passion, Innovation, Knowledge, Adaptability, Integrity and Excellence.

Laura Hewett, Commercial Director commented “It’s important for us to recognise the contribution that all our employees make to the business day in day out and congratulate those individuals who go above and beyond.  We have a great team here at Hewett’s and everyone shows such passion in delivering a exceptional service to our clients and candidates.” Congratulations to the winners!

The Hewett Values were awarded to the following staff members:

  • Innovation: Finance Consultant, Alice Dale.
  • Knowledge: Senior Consultant (Permanent Commercial), Kate Turnbull
  • Adaptability: Branch Admin & Consultant, Lisa Marshall
  • Integrity: Commercial Permanent Consultant, Anthony Andrews.
  • Excellence: Operations Manager & PA, Joanne Watkins.
  • Business Performance: Temp Commercial Consultant, Harriet Sampson
