Hewett Recruitment Unveil New Corporate Branding

Hewett Recruitment last week unveiled an exciting new look at an event which renewed the organisation’s commitment to its clients and candidates.

The reason behind the event was kept top secret in advance, with guests receiving invitations which cryptically invited them with the words ‘Hewett Recruitment renews its vows…. ‘. The new brand identity, with its umbrella logo and divisional specialisms, was then revealed amid much expectation and excitement to some 150 guests attending the celebrations at Spring Grove, West Midlands Safari Park, on Thursday 17 May.

Louise Hewett introduced the new brand to guests, and explained the strategic reasons behind its development, before showcasing a new promotional film on Hewett Recruitment. Colin Foxall, a director of Nexus Creative, the Worcester marketing company which has partnered Hewett in the development of the new brand, also spoke to guests to reinforce the creative and strategic approach taken.

Louise Hewett explains: “A long time ago, I made some vows or promises about how I wanted the business to evolve. Business has changed significantly over our 32 years and we always like to review and refine what we do – BUT the core values of the business have hugely remained the same and have served us very well so far. This led us earlier this year, to question everyone who has used Hewett Recruitment as a candidate or a client about why they chose to do business with us. I was delighted to be able to congratulate my consultants on a job very well done, and adjectives such as professional, knowledgeable, ethical, friendly and forward thinking, collaborative were frequently used by those we had surveyed. The feedback assisted us to encapsulate the different, specialist areas of work, shaping our future commitment to all the people we do business with, leading to this exciting new look.”

The guests, comprising business professionals, clients, colleagues and friends enjoyed champagne, canapés and cupcakes complete with edible branded icing to celebrate this next step in the successful life of Hewett Recruitment. Guest of honour was Olympic qualifier Amy Smith whose mother June has worked at Hewett Recruitment was 18 years.
