Employers, How attractive are you?
Leading HR Guru at local Conference exploring top talent theme.

As the economy starts to develop, the need to attract, retain and develop top talent is crucial in an increasingly buoyant job market. This is a significant challenge for employers and one which will be addressed and explored at the HR Professionals Conference on 4 June 2014 at Sixways stadium, Worcester.                                                                                   Kevin Green, REC

Organised by recruitment experts Hewett Recruitment and the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, the Conference’s keynote speaker is Kevin Green, Chief Executive of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the professional body for the UK’s 25 billion private recruitment and staffing industry.

The other key note speakers are Bernie Bird, Group Head of HR Services for Sanctuary Group, Sally Morris, Head of mfg Solicitor’s Employment Division, and Paul Chamberlain, Head of Employment at Brabners Solicitors, Manchester.  They will each be exploring hot topics for employers such as ‘are your HR tools geared up for growth and flexibility’ and ‘taking a holistic approach to recruiting and developing the best.’

Managing Director of Hewett Recruitment, Louise Hewett comments:  “The Conference offers a practical and forward thinking perspective on developing talent as we come out of the Recession in a growing jobs market.  The event is geared towards employers developing their strategy for engaging the talent they need to drive business.  Coming out of the recession, business has changed: it’s essential now to put a plan in place to find the people needed to help grow the business.  Securing Kevin Green to speak is a real coup and local employers will benefit from tapping into his expertise.  This programme is a must for anyone who employs staff or is thinking of doing so,” she added.

The HR Professionals Conference runs from 9.00-3.00pm and costs £35 plus VAT for Chamber of Commerce members and £45 plus VAT for non Chamber members.  Price includes lunch.
