Service Manager (Commercial, client services, projects)

 

Would you thrive on the challenge of setting up a new department within a well -established organisation where you will have overall responsibility for client services and projects? If so, you will be required to:

  • Provide the highest level of client service with a sales minded attitude
  • Develop lasting client relationships
  • Contribute to continuous development of service offering

As a successful Service Manager you will:

  • Manage the service delivery and pipeline realisation (to include contractual negotiation / sales closure and delivery risk)
  • Deliver annual income budget
  • Recruit, manage and develop the Service Management teams
  • Report on services and service delivery

To be considered for this Service Manager position you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A solid, proven background in a similar role with a track record of introducing client service improvements
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems
  • A strong understanding of technical delivery
  • Knowledge of the latest client feedback techniques

 

This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced and professional individual to join a company who has a history of over a hundred years but is expanding and growing and establishing a new commercial team, of which this role will play a key part.

This role is commutable from Worcester, Cheltenham, Redditch, Evesham, Oxford

Location – Chipping Campden
